If you would to return your items, please email sales@multifoilsdirect.co.uk within 14 calendar days of the delivery. We are unable to accept items back once it has surpassed 14 calendar days. All items need to be unopened, and un-used.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the Products to us if you cancel the Contract after the Products have been delivered to you. You must take reasonable care to ensure the products are not damaged in the meantime and are adequately packaged for return. We can offer collections on most returns, each collection is individually quoted, and would be subtracted off your refund amount. Should you wish to return your order, a 10% restocking, packing & handling fee shall be subtracted from the original total. You accept this fee upon confirmation of your request to cancel. All Cancellations must be in writing by e-mail or recorded mail.

If you do not make the Products available for collection on the date agreed with you we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of the products purchased.

Once you have notified us that you will be returning the products you have 14 days for the products to be returned to us. The Products must be returned in a re-saleable state and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance with the courier of their choice.
